The apartment was cleaned everyday and the staff were helpful. It was close to the city centre with all the shops and amenities and the beach too.

The sink in the bathroom did not drain the water well and the air conditioner needs a service.

It was below normal, not recommended

When I reached hotel, water flow in the toilet (both tap and flush) was very low. after one flush, we have to wait at least 2-3 hours to refill it.. I told the same to hotel personnel but they did nothing in this regard even during our 3 days stay. worst thing happened on 12th June 2023, there was rain and we were on the beach. When we returned to the room, we found total mess in the room, water was leaking on the bed from the sealing. It destroyed bed sheet and bed. My two bags got wet with stinky water. Even I sent message to hotel staff, they also responded very late and ultimately did nothing.

Near to all the hotspots, the staff kindness.
